Hand-Held Core Gamma Loggers

Similarly, the GMS312 can detect natural gamma radiation in core samples of various sizes and is excellent for measuring the amounts of elements like potassium, uranium, and thorium, as well as total gamma radiation.  

The key distinction between the two models is that the GMS312 features a rolling design with two measurement modes: Dynamic, which allows continuous measurements while rolling along the core at a preset speed, and Static, where measurements are taken at specific locations, both modes displaying depth information.
